The Company does not act as a stock exchange, broker, investment adviser, or research analyst, and does not provide investment, legal, or tax advice unless expressly agreed in writing.

All content, data, pricing indications, and valuation information available on the platform are for informational purposes only and should not be treated as a recommendation or solicitation to buy or sell any security. Investments in unlisted securities involve significant higher risk, including potential loss of the entire invested amount. Users are solely responsible for evaluating risks and making independent investment decisions. Information available on the Platform may be sourced from issuers, sellers, or third parties. The Company does not independently verify such information and shall not be responsible for inaccuracies or omissions. All content, trademarks, logos, and materials on the Platform are the property of the Company and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without prior written consent of the Company.

The Company may update these Terms at any time. Updated Terms shall be effective upon posting on the Platform, and continued use shall constitute acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, and courts at Delhi shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
